Today was Brandon's second baseball practice of the new season. He is the only 8 year old in a league of 9 & 10 year olds at Pinery Park Little League. Since he had 2 years of pitching machine in KC, he was allowed to play one league ahead of everyone else and go to the "minors" aka player pitch. I am both proud and extremely nervous at the same time. He is doing really well keeping up with the other kids, you'd never know he hasn't played player pitch yet, but one of those pitchers better not hit my baby with a ball!!!
Kyle starts his practices after spring break. He has to play one more year of Tee Ball, but he'll do great! He really wanted to play coach pitch, but that will have to wait a year yet.
